Section 21-629 - Effect of Annexation on City of Bowie and City of Takoma Park

(a) If land in the Prince George’s County stormwater management district is annexed by the City of Bowie or the City of Takoma Park, the land is no longer part of the county stormwater management district. (b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the annexing municipality is responsible for stormwater management in the annexed area.
