(a) The executive committee consists of: (1) the Mayor of Baltimore City, or the Mayor’s designee; (2) the Chief Executive Officer of the Baltimore City Public School System, or the Chief Executive Officer’s designee; and (3) any other individuals selected by the Mayor.
