Section 31-104 - Operation by Manager -- Aim to Improve Outcomes for Youth -- Aggregation of Providers Information -- Effect of Public Information Act

(a) The manager shall operate the Baltimore City Youth Data Hub. (b) The manager shall be a citywide entity that aims to improve outcomes for youth, with a specific focus on youth from historically marginalized communities.
