Section 1-701 - Definitions

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Conserve', 'endangered species', 'nongame species', 'species', and 'threatened species' have the meanings stated in § 10-2A-01 of this article. (c) 'Fund' means the State Chesapeake Bay and Endangered Species Fund established under § 1-702 of this subtitle. (d) 'Income tax checkoff system' means the checkoff system established under § 2-110 of the Tax - General Article.
