Section 10-1203 - Expenses of Compact Administrator

The Compact Administrator representing this State, as provided in Article VII of the Compact: (1) Is not entitled to additional compensation for performing duties or responsibilities under the Compact; but (2) May be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in connection with those duties and responsibilities in accordance with the State budget.
