Section 3-1012 - Saltwater Intrusion Adaptation Plan

(a) On or before December 15, 2019, the Department of Planning, in consultation with the Department, the Department of the Environment, and the Department of Agriculture, shall establish a plan to adapt to saltwater intrusion. (b) The plan established under subsection (a) of this section shall be updated at least once every 5 years.
