(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Application' means an application by a local government to the Board of Public Works to fund the purchase of an interest in real property under a local land preservation program. (c) 'Program' means a local land preservation program established in accordance with this subtitle. (d) 'Sponsor' means a local government.
