§ 8-725-7

(a) A person may not operate a vessel on the Monocacy River between Starner’s Dam and the upstream island in Carroll and Frederick counties at a speed in excess of 6 knots. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 30 days or a fine of not less than $25 and not exceeding $200 or both.
