Section 11-113 - Reports of Theft of Explosives

Each theft or other unauthorized taking of explosives from a licensee under this subtitle shall be reported by the licensee to the State Fire Marshal: (1) immediately by telephone; and (2) by a written report in the form required by the State Fire Marshal.
