(a) The State Fire Marshal shall issue a certificate to each applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle. (b) The certificate shall include: (1) the full name of the certificate holder; (2) the date of issuance; and (3) the date on which the certificate expires. (c) Each certificate holder shall give the State Fire Marshal written notice of change of address within 10 business days after the change.
