Section 12-616 - Violation of Subtitle

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a person may not inspect or certify an electrical installation unless the person is certified by the State Fire Marshal. (b) A person may not willfully make a false statement on an application submitted under this subtitle. (c) A person who violates this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding $500 or both.
