Section 13-903 - Misapplication or Conversion of Money or Property

(a) A person may not willfully: (1) misapply or convert to the person’s own use any money or other property belonging to the organized militia; or (2) on the lawful request of the proper officer, fail or refuse to deliver to the officer any money or other property that is in the possession of the person or for which the person is chargeable or accountable. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $500 or both.
