Section 14-114 - Prohibited Acts; Penalties

(a) A person may not violate an order, rule, or regulation issued under the authority of this subtitle. (b) (1) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both. (2) A person who willfully violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $5,000 or both.
