Section 14-502 - Establishment, Administration, and Enforcement

(a) There is a State Fuel Security Program. (b) The Administration shall maintain plans and procedures to carry out the Program. (c) The Director shall administer and enforce the Program. (d) The Administration shall adopt regulations for the administration and enforcement of this subtitle.
