Section 14-505 - Penalty

A person who violates a provision of this subtitle or a regulation adopted under this subtitle is subject to: (1) for a first violation, an administrative penalty not exceeding $1,000; and (2) for a second or subsequent violation, an administrative penalty not exceeding $5,000.
