(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Executive Director' means the Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services. (c) 'Fund' means the Student Peer Mediation Program Fund. (d) 'Student peer mediation program' means a program that trains students in conflict resolution.
