Section 4-1503 - Annual Funding

For fiscal year 2022 and each fiscal year thereafter, the Governor shall include in the annual budget bill an appropriation: (1) sufficient to fully fund the requirements of § 4–1501 of this subtitle; and (2) of at least $500,000 in addition to the funding required under item (1) of this section to be used by the Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services to hire and manage 'End the Violence' P.R.O.T.E.C.T. Coordinators established under § 4–1502 of this subtitle.
