The Baltimore City Fire Department shall report to the appropriate agency any noncompliance with the fire prevention code or regulations of Baltimore City or the fire prevention requirements of the State or federal government: (1) on property that is owned by the State; and (2) in a hospital, nursing home, institution, or school that is licensed by the State or that receives any money from the State or federal government.
