Section 10-205 - Permit -- Assignment

(a) A permit may not be assigned or transferred unless, after investigation, the Commission approves the assignment or transfer as best for the public welfare and convenience. (b) An applicant for an assignment or transfer of a permit shall submit to the Commission a written application that sets forth the purpose, terms, and conditions of the proposed assignment or transfer.
