(a) Each commissioner, the Chairman of the Commission, the General Counsel, the Executive Secretary, and the Executive Director are entitled to compensation as provided in the State budget. (b) (1) The salary of the Chairman of the Commission shall be at least $40,000 a year. (2) The salary of each commissioner shall be at least $35,000 a year. (c) A commissioner and other Commission personnel are entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
