Section 2-119 - Interstate Commerce

As the interests of the people of this State are affected, the Commission: (1) shall study the rates and service of public service companies in interstate commerce beyond the jurisdiction of the Commission; and (2) may apply to and appear before appropriate federal units to protect those interests.
