(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Minority business enterprise' has the meaning stated in § 14–301 of the State Finance and Procurement Article. (c) 'Office' means the Office of Supplier Diversity and Inclusion established under § 20–203 of this subtitle.
