In Prince George’s County, a contract of sale of real property creating a subdivision for which a plat of subdivision has not been recorded, shall contain the following notice: 'The subdivision of land to be created by this transaction has not been approved by the Maryland–National Capital Park and Planning Commission, the Maryland Department of Health, or any other agency of the State or county. The approval of one or more of these agencies may be necessary before any building permit is issued.'
