Section 7-321 - Penalties

(a) A person who violates any provision of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or a fine not exceeding $10,000 or both. (b) A person who violates this subtitle is subject to § 5-106(b) of the Courts Article.
