§ 8a-401

(a) A park owner may increase a park fee only if the park owner delivers to each resident a notice in writing of the increase at least 30 days before the effective date of the increased park fee. (b) If a park owner fails to so notify a resident affected by the increase, the park owner may not collect the increased amount of the park fee from the resident.
