Section 10-202 - Condemnation of Property

(a) This section does not apply to property to be acquired in connection with State roads, bridges, or highways. (b) Subject to Title 12 of the Real Property Article, the Board may condemn property for State use. (c) The Department of General Services, with the approval of the Board, shall adopt regulations in accordance with Title 10, Subtitle 1 of the State Government Article that establish a uniform method of determining the value of any applicable life estate discount for property condemned in accordance with this section.
