§ 10-302-1

This subtitle does not apply to: (1) the release of a lot subject to an agricultural land preservation easement under § 2–513 of the Agriculture Article; or (2) the sale, transfer, exchange, lease, or other disposition of real property held by the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation under the Critical Farms Program under § 2–517 of the Agriculture Article.
