(a) In this section, 'geothermal resources' has the meaning stated in § 5-601 of the Environment Article. (b) Subject to any conditions the Board and the Department of Natural Resources impose, geothermal resources located on real property owned by the State may be sold, leased, transferred, exchanged, granted, or otherwise disposed of to any person for a consideration the Board decides is adequate.
