Section 10-308 - Leases of State-Owned Property to Business Entities

(a) In this section, 'minority business enterprise' has the meaning stated in Title 14, Subtitle 3 of this article. (b) Each unit of the State government that leases State-owned property to business entities shall adopt regulations that establish procedures for awarding the leases. The procedures shall be structured to try to achieve participation by minority business enterprises in: (1) 10% of the total dollar amount of the leases; and (2) 10% of the total number of leases.
