Section 4-414 - Powers and Duties of Chief

(a) The Chief is responsible to the Department for: (1) administering the Division; and (2) carrying out any function assigned to the Division. (b) The Chief shall organize the Division as necessary to carry out the powers and duties of the Division. (c) Subject to the approval of the Secretary, the Chief may employ a staff and any professional consultant in accordance with the State budget.
