Section 4-416 - Independent Appraisals for Real Property

(a) Except for real property that is acquired by gift, before any real property is acquired from a private owner, the Board of Public Works shall obtain two independent appraisals of the property. (b) The Board of Public Works shall adopt regulations, in accordance with Title 10, Subtitle 1 of the State Government Article, to carry out this section.
