Section 5-401 - Department to Advise Governor

(a) To establish relative priorities and avoid duplication and conflicts, the Department shall advise the Governor on the means and methods available to coordinate the plans and programs of all units of the State government. (b) To avoid duplication and conflicts, the Department shall advise the Governor on the means and methods available to coordinate the plans and programs of federal, State, regional, and local governments.
