(a) The Department is the central depository for all land use plans and all amendments and revisions to land use plans adopted by: (1) a unit of the State government; (2) a unit of a regional government; (3) a unit of a local government; or (4) an interstate agency. (b) Each unit of government or agency listed in subsection (a) of this section shall submit to the Department a current version of all adopted land use plans and all adopted amendments and revisions to land use plans. (c) The Department shall post on its website a copy of all adopted land use plans and all adopted amendments and revisions to land use plans that are submitted to the Department under this section in an electronic format.
