(a) If the Director or the Director’s designee takes any enforcement action under this subtitle against a permit holder, the permit holder shall be given an opportunity for a hearing before the Secretary. (b) Subject to subsection (c) of this section, notice shall be given and the hearing shall be held in accordance with Title 10, Subtitle 2 of the State Government Article. (c) The Director or the Director’s designee shall provide notice that a hearing will be held within 30 days after the enforcement action, unless a different period is agreed to by the parties.
