The Secretary shall publish on the Department of Budget and Management’s website, in a machine–readable format, an itemized statement, linked to the proposed State budget, of revenues collected by the State that are dedicated by law to a special fund, including: (1) the name of each special fund; (2) a description of the purpose of the special fund; (3) the source of revenue for the special fund; (4) the amount deposited into the special fund in the previous fiscal year; and (5) the balance of revenues in the special fund at the close of the previous fiscal year.
