(a) In this section, 'machine–readable format' means a comma–separated values file format. (b) On submission of the budget bill to the presiding officers of the General Assembly, the Governor shall provide the following number of copies of the budget books required under § 7–115 of this subtitle: (1) one copy to each member of the General Assembly; and (2) 80 copies to the Department of Legislative Services. (c) The information required under § 7–115 of this subtitle shall be provided in a machine–readable format on the website of the Department of Budget and Management simultaneously with the publication of the proposed annual State budget. (d) The Department of Budget and Management shall archive the information provided in a machine–readable format on the website of the Department of Budget and Management beginning with the fiscal year 2017 budget.
