Section 2-1233 - Deputy Director and Staff

(a) With the approval of the Executive Director, the Director may appoint a Deputy Director and other professional staff and contract with consultants as authorized representatives. (b) The Deputy Director: (1) has the duties delegated by the Director; and (2) may be designated by the Executive Director to act as Director if the office is vacant or the Director is unable to perform the duties of office.
