(a) The head of the Office is the Director. (b) Subject to the policies and directives of the President and the Speaker and the overall supervision and control of the Executive Director, the Director shall oversee the operation of the Office. (c) The Director shall facilitate the creation and oversee the operation of functional, subject matter, special project, and any other workgroups to achieve maximum cooperation and the greatest efficiency in the use of staff and resources in the Office.
