Section 3-208 - Appropriation

(a) In each budget bill for a fiscal year in which the term of a Governor expires, the Governor shall include an appropriation, to the Secretary of General Services, of the money needed to carry out the purpose of this subtitle. (b) The appropriation under this section may not be more than $50,000. (c) If the Governor-elect is the incumbent Governor, the appropriation under this section shall revert to the General Fund of the State.
