Section 4-110 - Blank Licenses

(a) This section applies to all licenses issued by the clerks of the courts other than those issued under Title 17 of the Business Regulation Article. (b) The Comptroller shall have printed or otherwise prepared, in the forms required by law or usage, blank licenses of every kind: (1) issued by the clerks of the courts of the State; and (2) authorized by law. (c) The Comptroller shall deliver to the clerks the number and kind of blank licenses required by the clerks.
