Section 9-123 - Ineligibility to Buy State Lottery Tickets and Shares

A State lottery ticket or share may not be bought by and a prize may not be given to: (1) an officer or employee of the Agency; or (2) an individual who is a spouse, child, parent, or sibling of an officer or employee of the Agency and resides in the principal residence of the officer or employee.
