The Commission consists of the following 11 members: (1) the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Maryland; (2) a member of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate; (3) a member of the House of Delegates appointed by the Speaker of the House; (4) the Comptroller; (5) the Treasurer who may appoint, as the Treasurer’s designee, a deputy treasurer; (6) the Secretary of General Services; (7) the President of The Johns Hopkins University or a designee; (8) the President of the Maryland Historical Society; (9) the President of the St. John’s College or a designee; (10) the Chancellor of the University System of Maryland or a designee; and (11) the President of the Morgan State University or a designee.
