The Commission shall make an annual report to the Governor and, subject to § 2–1257 of this article, to the General Assembly: (1) on the operation and finances of the video lottery facilities; (2) with the assistance of local police departments and the Department of State Police, detailing the crimes that occur within the communities surrounding a video lottery facility; and (3) on the attainment of minority business participation goals specified for licensees under § 9–1A–10(a)(1) and (2) of this subtitle and the efforts by licensees to maintain those goals.
