(a) The Administration regularly shall disclose summary information regarding any contract entered into by the Administration that encumbers $100,000 or more from the Fund. (b) For each of the contracts specified under subsection (a) of this section, the following information shall be posted on the Administration’s website on a quarterly basis: (1) the name and business address of the parties of the contract; (2) a summary of the goods and services to be provided under the contract; and (3) the maximum amount of money from the Fund that may be obligated by the contract.
