Section 9-2412 - Chair -- Meetings

(a) (1) The Board shall elect the chair from among its members. (2) The term of the chair is 2 years. (b) (1) The Board shall meet at least once each quarter at the times and places set by the Board. (2) The Board may call special meetings at the request of: (i) the chair; (ii) the Director; or (iii) a majority of the members of the Board. (c) A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum. (d) A member of the Board: (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
