Section 9-2421 - License Notice and Fee

(a) If an applicant qualifies for a license under this part, the Board shall send the applicant a notice that states that: (1) the applicant has qualified for a license; and (2) on receipt of the license fee set by the Board, the Board will issue a license to the applicant. (b) On payment of the license fee, the Board shall issue a license to each applicant who meets the requirements of this part. (c) A license issued under this section is nontransferable. (d) A licensee shall notify the Board in writing of any change in the licensee’s name or address within 60 days after the change.
