(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Board' means the Justice Reinvestment Oversight Board. (c) 'Executive Director' means the Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services. (d) 'Fund' means the Performance Incentive Grant Fund established in § 9–3209 of this subtitle.
