Section 9-3205 - Quorum; Meetings; Compensation; Reimbursement for Expenses

(a) A majority of the authorized membership of the Board is a quorum. (b) The Board shall meet at least quarterly each year at the times and places determined by the Board or the chair of the Board. (c) A member of the Board: (1) may not receive compensation for service on the Board; but (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
