§ 2-515-2

(a) The Maryland Small Business Retirement Savings Board may enroll and participate in the Program as a satellite organization. (b) The Board shall: (1) pay to the State the total costs resulting from the participation of its employees in the Program and a monthly administrative fee determined by the Secretary; and (2) determine the extent to which the Board will subsidize participation of its employees in the Program.
