(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Coordinator' means the Equal Employment Opportunity Coordinator. (c) 'Program' means the Equal Employment Opportunity Program established under this subtitle. (d) 'Unit' means a unit of the Executive Branch of State government.
